Welcome to BAS Publishing Pty Ltd
Our Publishing Backgound
After providing ancillary services to publishers for almost 20 years, BAS Publishing (founded by Sam Basile) became fully involved in the industry as a publisher in its own right during 2002.
BAS secured the publishing rights and author contracts around Australia through various acquisitions. BAS identified the tremendous bank of talented authors left disappointed by poor sales performance and distribution efforts produced by other publishers.
Since the initial acquisitions, BAS has commissioned hundreds of new titles.
BAS has contracted the services of some of Australia 's most talented editors, IT experts, layout, design and print production people. BAS is a hands-on publisher, where everyone is involved in the day-to-day operation of the business.
BAS Publishing distributes it's product Australia-wide, through Dennis Jones & Associates. Dennis Jones & Associates have one of the countries best distribution networks and a reliable team of customer service agents both in the field and office. They are a Melbourne based business and were formed in 1991.
BAS is continuing to build its diverse product range, and develop new markets for authors through sponsorships and commercial opportunities.

AUSTRALIAN FOOTBALL CLUBS in New South Wales
The most undervalued Australian football clubs in Australia are those located in New South Wales. Over the years, approximately 400 players have come directly from NSW clubs to the VFL/AFL, yet there is little recognition given to these NSW clubs.
Some of the biggest names in football have come from New South Wales, including the triple Brownlow medallist Haydn Bunton, as well as Wayne Carey, Shane Crawford and Essendon's Terry Daniher. The numbers and the quality of the players recruited from New South Wales demonstrate that it is appropriate to reassess our opinion of Australian football in NSW.
Far from Australian rules football having a poor legacy, there is a long and fruitful history to the game in this state. This strong legacy is best revealed by ranking the top 25 NSW clubs based on their contribution to the VFL/AFL. What is the highest ranked club in NSW? Is it a country club or a city club? The answers are within this book.
