Maitland “Double Headless” Murders

Unfortunately there is some missing text from the end of page 218. Bas Publishing apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. The missing text is as follows:

opportunity of obtaining a jury's consideration of this evidence also when deciding the issue of whether he is guilty beyond reasonable doubt.

I am of opinion that there should be a new trial and I would propose that the venue thereof should be Sydney. I cannot see any necessity for a view.
